Frank Lloyd Wright designed Hollyhock House for arts patron Aline Barnsdall as the centrepiece of an experimental cultural complex. The house blends indoor and outdoor space, abstract hollyhock motifs and monumental forms, and forms part of the UNESCO-listed works of Wright.
